This bunch will say anything to keep you off their back.I had a water leak from the air conditioner. I hired them to extract the water and go ahead and clean the rest of the carpet as the wet area was quite small. They talked me into renting a fan from them for 30.00 and they promised to come back the next day, Wednesday, and pick it up and relay my carpet. I specifically asked if they knew how to do that. My basement flooded and my insurance company sent Stanley Steemer to my home to dry up the water. They tore up my carpet in the basement, the padding, and my walls. They dried the water but didn't clean the carpet. They left 6 fans and told us they would have to run for 3 days to avoid bacteria growth. The manager Drew was very rude and very unprofessional. Stanley Steemer was hired by my insurance company for dry-out & restoration of my flooded condo. On top of being displaced for 9 weeks, Stanley Steemer broke, lost & ruined many of my belongings.
