I have tried getting in touch with the district manager for the last two days and she does not return my calls.

Over the weekend, I noticed that the grout had cracked in several places. Also there is dried grout on the hallway carpeting outside my unit.

Just had tile and grout steam cleaned and color sealed. Grout sealant went everywhere including on the tiles, on my kitchen table and door jam.

They scraped off some of the excess but lots of places were missed and several places were not evenly grouted. Steam cleaning caused carpets in four rooms to be soaked at the entrance. I have used a whole roll of paper towels to try to dry up the carpets and they are still soaking wet. Very unhappy with grout sealant and wet carpets.

The two techs left without letting me know they were leaving and without finishing up the job. They came back 45 min later but with no equipment
