Zero Manager Response to Problem
I will never use this company again. I had used them every year for 7 years with okay results. Last year was such a bizarre experience it is hard to even explain. The men came at the scheduled time and went into my daughters bedroom where I had had a small leak from her window. The rep acted as if I had a nuclear waste dump and said oh no no he could not shampoo even the surrounding area around the barely damp spot. I was mystified about his perceived problem and asked if they were concerned about some vague liability could I sign a release of some kind. He was most inarticulate about the problem, made a phone call to his office and refused to clean the room. When I called the Bartlett office I was told the manager was not in. He was not in later that day after I asked the men to leave and he never returned my call to this day. If I have a problem with a service I would hope the manager would at least speak to me.
