I had Stanley Steemer out to clean my carpet , when they put my furniture back on the carpet the carpet was still wet and the feet from my furniture is wood. The wood bled onto the carpet. My carpet is now ruined and they told me that they would call their insurance compamy about the matter. The insurance compamy did come out and they said that Stanley steemer did not have insurance to cover my carpet!I will never use this company again!! The person that I spoke with was a head manager and his name is Carlton. Stanley Steemer does not stand by their customes when they have a problem. 12929f1
