My wife thought she would save me some work because I am 75 and always do the carpet cleaning. I agreed because I thought it might be good to get it steem cleaned instead of the spray and vacuum system I use.
Well they showed up and used the same system I used by spraying water on the carpet and sucking it up.
We have a small Townhome with about 600 sq. ft. of carpet, with all of the extras they pressured my wife into it cost us $330.00 for a lousy job.
The next day the water was so thick that I had to get out my carpet cleaner to pick up a couple of gal. of water in just a 2' X 3' spot.
