Stanley Steamer Orland Park, IL still has not sent me the gift card that the manager told me he would send for their worker being rude and slamming my door. They will never receive my business again.

Guy tried to charge me for my family room as a double room. I spoke with a supervisor who didn't take my (the customer's) word for it so she listened to the original recorded phone call and found that I was never asked the size of my rooms so they honored the quoted price so I wrote my check for that amount. While on the phone with her the guy cleaned additional space that I did not ask him to and my bill was $50 higher I called again to complain and he didn't want to wait so he yelled "JUST GIVE ME THE CHECK" and once I gave it to him he left and slammed my door. I spoke to a manager who tried to justify the workers behavior but then I said that was no excuse for him to slam my door. He offered to send me a giftcard for the bad service and I have yet to receive it. I guess he told me that to get me off the phone. 12928df
