My neighbor just had his carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer. The Stanley Steemer rug cleaner rolled out a hose from the van to my property. I told him to move it do not dump on my property. I seen the inside of my neighbors home. I do not want any of that waste coming onto my property". I do not care what kind of filtration system they have/. So I left and some time later I smelled sewage and chemical cleaner?. Next to my fence and seeping into my property was all the waste water from the van;. I yelled to the rug cleaner to look at what he did after I told him I do not want any waste coming onto my property?. The rug guy did not even apologize!. I have dogs and a family?. I am not putting up with it,. More to follow, I am going to my local magistrate then file a lawsuit. 129286e

Written by Johnny Truant on March 30, 2012 from madison, wisconsin, US I've worked for Stanley Steemer for awhile and they should have never thought about doing that in the first place and I can't believe they didn't at least apologize for such a dumb mistake. At the very least I can tell you from much experience that I've never seen the waste water even kill grass, not once. The majority of what is coming out of that dump hose is soil. If it was toxic we would not get approval to dump waste water on anyone's grass period. If they didn't damage anything you wont get a thing out of them. |
