Do not use Stanley Steemer for Duct cleaning in the Northeast Ohio area. Terrible - my house is filthy they just blew all that dirt back into my house - they also got fingerprints all over my walls and chipped all of my painted woodwork all for almost $800 I am still thinking of filing a complaint with Am Ex. Unreal we will be cleaning up after these clowns for weeks. I understand now why only one of the local franchises carries this service - because they were most likely never paid for it. I am a sucker who didn't want these two young men to loose their jobs - especially since one has a four year old? That is the only reason I paid them. 1292730
