I had Stanley Steamer of the Rochester, NY area in to clean our carpets". It cost us about $400/. After they left I noticed that a large portion of change was missing from a liter mug I keep on my desk?. The mug was full and they had taken about a third of it;. I called the local office to complain and they said they would pass the information on to the crew's Boss?. Never heard back, called again, told me the crew had been questioned and both said they didn't even see the change (da! were they going to admit it?)". Again I was told they would notify the boss and he would get back to me:. Never heard anything.. WOW what arrogance! I of course wonder what else is missing in my household. 12926f3

They would not take change from a customers home. These 2 technicians constantly receive compliments from customers. When questioned separately they said they never saw a jar of change. They did however say there were other people in the home at the time and they would never take anything from a home and said they would take a lie detector test. |
