I called and scheduled a cleaning. I was given an estimate of 132.00. Throughout the cleaning the techinicians were attempting to add things in and I kept asking what the total would be. He stated he would let me know in a few minutes. He never figured up what the additions would be. I never authorized extras. They used my bathroom, borrowed
duct tape off me and had to move no furniture. Everything was ready for them. He then told me I owed 215.00. At that time I told him that was wrong and I was shocked and very upset and was not prepared for that amount. At that time at home alone with 2 small children, I was not comfortable taking it further with 2
adult men. I paid them and immediately called the office. I was told by a female that she needed to reach a manager and they would call me right back". I received no call/. Called back in Sat morning and was speaking to a male when I got disconnected?. Called back in- another male stated he would file a complaint, because nothing had yet been submitted and a manager would call me Monday;. Monday- no call?. I called in Tuesday afternoon after still not being contacted and I finally reached the manager who would not even let me talk and told me I was wrong and I did authorize the services, but that he did not talk to the team who came out". He said they could refund the protection on the carpet, but would need to send people out to spray a neutralizer- I said fine". I then received a voicemail today -Wednesday stating that there would be no refund, because the technicians said I ordered everything,. They did not even get my
