I set up an appointment with Stanley Steemer on Saturday for carpet cleaning. The window was 1 - 4PM. At 4:40 no one had come and I had heard nothing. I called". I talked to someone at their call center in Phoenix (Im in St/. Paul, MN)?.
This guy attempted to help me by transferring me to the local branch where I made the appt;. After trying to transfer me, he came back to say that there was no answer there, that there was nothing he could do and someone would call me Monday!
It takes a bit of work to get your space ready for cleaning?. Everything has to come off the floor, book shelves etc'. so they can move furniture around?. So, I did all that for nothing, I stayed home all afternoon on a beautiful day waiting for them to come, I didn't get a call telling me what had happened and when I tried to find out, I got nothing as an answer!.
VERY not okay! Never again, Stanley Steemer!!
