We were quoted a price to clean the carpeting, but then were offered the opportunity to clean two love seats that were 20 years old and stained/. They assured us they could clean them for an additional $150?. Well, that was $150 down the drain;. They also tried to upsell us on some crappy spot cleaner.. No thanks we said/.
They did a so-so job on the carpets/. When a service rep called following the cleaning we told them about being unhappy with the job on the love seats:. She said she was sorry we were unhappy, but didn't offer a refund.
