We spent over $200 for Stanley Steamer to come clean three rooms in our home. I was at work but my husband was home to watch them clean and make sure they didn't go anywhere they weren't supposed to. My husband told me all they did was pressure wash the carpet. He said they didn't use any type of soap or anything. Then they added a spray on "deoderizer" which we paid extra for. When I came home from work, I saw that the carpet was very wet but noticed the smell was still there... our house kind of smelled like wet dog, to be honest. I wanted to complain right away, but thought it'd be best to wait and see if maybe when the carpet dried it got better. Let me tell you, it never did. All they did was wet the carpets for $200+!! The carpets still stink and now I wish I had gone to another company instead of waisting my hard-earned money for nothing. I am extremely dissapointed and I will NEVER recommend them or use them again. I wish I could get my money back!!! 12925c5

im glad i checked here before calling them to clean my home. their commercials almost hooked me but i always do research online. internet! anwyay - thank you. they sound like a company that hires *** thugs to do dirty work but dont want to work or take any pride in their work. *** ng.s.
