Stanley steamer was called to remove water from my house after pipe busted. They removed water and took out laminate and hardwood flooring that was damaged. They tried to overcharge me for work and when removing baseboards did a lot of damage to the walls. The insurance adjuster found they charged me for equipment than they actually used. They tried to charge me for all work done after hours which was not. When the owner of company was contacted he said he doesn't get involved with the billing. I feel these guys thought they could overcharge me because I am a female homeowner that would not question them since the insurance was covering it. I would not recommend the store located on Dorchester rd in Charleston to anyone. 12923c6

Same thing happened to me in Minneapolis. But this franchise is not locally owned and operated. So dealing with issues is impossible because no one on site cares. Service sucks and they over charge!
