I live in the Fort Myers, FL area, and I've just had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer. I made the appointment online, when I made the quote". I know it was late, but I wanted to see what others think about SS, so I went online to read some reviews on the day of the appointment/. I was very disappointed and nervous, because I wasn't sure what to expect?. I was just praying that they are much better in our area, and they are!!! I am so happy with the result;. The 2 guys (James and Brandon) were very professional, efficient, and fast.. They explained everything, answered my questions, and they were very courteous,. They asked me to check on all the areas where they cleaned and asked if I was happy:. If I saw a spot, they went back, and fixed it (there was only 1)?. There was one stain I was not expecting to come out, b/c of a spot cleaner I had used previously on it, and it permanently discolored the carpet, but even that looks better, so I am a happy customer and I will definitely use them if I need carpet cleaning again, and will recommend them for sure, especially the 2 young men who worked in our house!!
