| 2. Written by Awful - franchise serving Leba on March 16, 2012 from wilmington, delaware, US Had a carpet cleaning scheduled today, they gave me a 3-hour window for showing up. I moved furniture, etc. this morning anticipating their arrival. After waiting almost the entire 3 hour window, I decided to call to check on their arrival progress. Good thing I did, BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAD ME SCHEDULED. So he offered to have someone out tomorrow, which doesn't work for me because we have company coming tomorrow night, so for obvious reasons I can't have a wet carpet. I understand mistakes happen, but they stood to make about $800.00 from me over the next 2 weeks (I was scheduled to have my bottom floor cleaned next week as well). They knew the appointment was scheduled, the dispatcher just never wrote it down. I told them they needed to either come out today, or they weren't coming at all, including next week. This didn't seem to faze the "gentleman" on the phone one bit, so clearly keeping customers is not a priority. My husband and I are business owners (dental practice), and as I told the man on the phone, if a customer showed up with an appointment that we just "forgot" about, we would see them! They lost a repeat customer today. Guess what? I called a local service right after, and the guy is coming over within AN HOUR to give me an estimate. THAT is customer service. Not being too lazy and complacent to right your mistake. You don't tell a customer who has been waiting for you for hours, and has their home in disarray, that the "best" you can do is come tomorrow. |

It was the worst carpet cleaning job I have ever seen. They spent under an hour to clean our entire home, which was close to 2,500 sq ft of carpet... it takes me longer than that to just vaccuum! Supposedly they were treating spots, which are still there, and deoderizing the carpet that actually smelled much worse when they were done. The spots in our carpet did come out when I tried a little oxiclean and a paper towel, but apparently could not be removed by their cleaning process. The technicians were friendly and they did talk me into spending close to $200 more than my agreed upon quote. My carpets do not look any cleaner and the amount of dirt that came out of my carpet when I vaccuumed AFTER they were done cleaning was disgusting. I will never use them again. Save your money, they are not worth it! |
